Please do not respond to spam.

There has been an influx of spam with the formation of these new forums.
The last thing any one want’s to do is delete a thread , especially if some one says something clever.

If you see a post which smacks of spam, just ignore it . Please do not respond, and so expand a useless post into a thread . Spam will be deleted . Replying to said spam will just make deletion a more complicated mater.

I recently replied to an ad on Craigslist that promised a "work from home" job that required a computer and internet access. I thought this might be some order entry, data transcription, or something legitimate. I asked them to send me the job description. It turned out that they were hiring spammers! They said that the job entailed registering on "free, public forums" and posting messages encouraging people to click or reply. They promised that they would pay per reply . I was appalled and I told them off when I wrote them back, refusing the job.

Bastards added my email list to their spam list. Sad

Sounds like those books that tell you how to get rich quick, and when you read them you realize that the trick is to write a book telling people how to get rich quick. Laughing

Yeah.. I never respond to those ads. I'm job searching myself. We have to use the same critical "instinct" with these alleged "job offers" as well.
