With the holiday season upon us, I thought it might be interesting to read some stories. What is your work site like in this regard?

I don't know, I start a new job tomorrow. Wink

Still, there is nothing illegal about this. If upper management is OK with creating a cultural environment that will be comfortable for some and uncomfortable to others, then that's their business.

Of course, we already have cliches that we get into, this is just one with a clearly defined boundary.

If I were the business owner, I would not discourage that in the office. However, what they do in their time and space is their business.

I think religion in the workplace is totally inappropriate. You are there to work, not indulge in fantasy. I know it's a bit of a stretch but by introducing religion to the workplace; the next thing you know, you'll be having mandatory prayers before the start of your shift. Just put religion where it belongs and flush it down whenever you get the chance Smile

Let's not be so kind on religion, as soon as you say it's okay to be an ignorant wreck of a human being, the next thing you know we're debating the factuality of evolution. I say we just crack some skulls full of jesus and mohammed and then we start over, because clearly they aren't listening to any logic or reason.
