a 9-month boy named Ali from Kizlyar, Dagestan, his parents claim.
Birthmarks in form of Arabic scripts have been appearing on the baby’s body since his birth. First, there were individual letters, then texts and, according to local imams, these are texts from the Quran, the Vesti TV
has reported on Thursday.
Thus, one of the baby’s legs has an inscription, “Allah is the creator of all things.”
“First, there was a hematoma on his chin. When the bruise went off, we saw the word “Allah,” Ali’s mother Madina Yakubova said.
Words similar to birthmarks show up on his shank and ankle usually on Monday and Friday and then disappear.
When new inscriptions are appearing, Ali doesn't sleep all night long and has high temperature and even strong drugs cannot send it off.
The TV channel reported that Ali was diagnosed “ischemic heart disease of the second degree” and “infantile cerebral paralysis” in the maternity clinic. However, when inexplicable things started happening, he was examined and found healthy.
Hundreds of Dagestan Muslims come to Ali’s house as pilgrims. Local authorities, beware of the rush, decided to guard the house round-the-clock.
So they say
It almost looks like they burned these "verses" onto the child's body with a hot iron , Sounds like child exploitation to me.

or It could just a be well orchestrated flimflam stunt to get cash and attention.
Id like to see a group like CSICOP have a look at this case , Until a body of scientist exam this kid I wouldn't accept these claims.

This is clearly an act of fraud. The father is likely painting the verses on with some variety of irritant causing the effected areas to turn red. The mother admits that the child starts crying as the verses appear and becomes he also becomes feverish. If this were Allah, it could certainly cause the verses to appear without inflicting pain on the child. The areas around the writting appear redish and inflamed as well. This is child abuse flat out and these parents should be ashamed; however I'm not convinced that the mother is in on it. The verses gradually disappear after a few days only to reappear later in the week. Wanton ignorance is required to believe that this is anything other than fraud.

Its a nice theory, What kind of skin irritant do you think they used?
A Typical herd of sheep who never bother to double check this stuff empirically, They Immediately accept it right off the bat that its a act of god?
I'd be more impressed if the boy Raised the dead, Restored the limbs of amputees, Did a number of truly medically impossible acts.

There's a very long list of substances that can cause what is known as Allergic Contact Dermatitis, and most of the are commonly available. There are also natural substances that can cause a temporary tattoo effect; however this doesn't normally cause redness around the exposed area, pain or fever so I suspect that this instance is an allergic reaction to a substance. There are skin disorders that can cause this to occur as well: Dermatographic urticaria is just one such example.
Either this is the result of just one of a number of mundane causes or the creator of the universe decided to use this child as a notebook (and cause him pain and illness in the process). You decide which seems more likely. Worth noting that the medics who have treated the child do not believe this to be a "miracle" and even the Wahbists in Saudi Arabia has pronounce this event a fraud and blasphemy.
