Anyone heard the latest show with Bob Price?
Richard does a really stellar job! I was totally impressed, it sounded like he has been doing radio al his life. The guy is Pro. for real.
Anyway, I look forward to more excellent shows. |

I did listen and I also was impressed. Granted they made a very wise choice by having Bob (not "Bob") as an early guest. Bob's easy-going and talkative nature certainly helped Richard. Still, that's not to slight Spencer.
He did another show (the one with Lonsberry? I listened only casually-- I'll have to check out the dowloads) in which he seemed only barely shakey, but if he's this good now give hime six months. At first I kept wondering "who the fuck is Richard?" Now I don't care.
Good choice, Reg... |

I'm not a poster on this forum but I am a fairly regular reader (more so of the previous InfidelGuy site than this one). I just want to give a bit of feedback on what I think of the new show.
I recently aquired a credit card soley in order to become a gold member. I did this because I didn't want to lose the old Infidel Guy shows if anything 'fatal' happened to the website. Over the past year or so, I have become quite attached to the show and to Reggie's style of doing things. I was worried about the changes and couldn't really see myself getting used to a diffrent host.
As things have turned out, I really like the new host. I like the careful way that he words his questions and he is clealy quite knowledgable. I also think that the fact that Reggie has been there in the background during the three shows I've listened to, has sort of 'eased' me through the transition.
For me, one of the most important things in a program host is the sound of the voice, verbal mannerisms, etc... In this regard Richard also scores highly for me.
In honesty, I really liked the one-on-one-with-Reggie style of the old Infidel Guy show the most, but I can see myself developing the same liking for Richard's show. The old-style show was an aquired taste for me, I wasn't allways crazy about it when I first started listening and in the end I wound up becoming a gold member in order to get ALL the shows! The more shows I hear with Richard, the better I like it. |

This is great to hear all. Hopefully those 80 or so folks that cancelled will soon come back and listen to all of the new shows we have coming soon.
Thanks for your feedback.
Remember, you can help pay for Richard's gas and offset the fees he must pay his producer by donating to him via the
infidelradio.com
website.
I have some great new shows coming up soon as well.. keep an eye on the freethoughtmedia.com calendar.
Happy Winter Season all. |

I like Richard as a host too. He's eloquent with an air of honesty and openness. |

I sent Spencer an e-mail to let him know of the approval. I suggest everyone do so as well... |

Hey guys, I really appreciate the positive feedback. The only radio experience I've had has been a couple short interviews in the past (where I was the one being interviewed) and I called in to ask a couple questions on Reggie's show before. Besides that, the whole hosting thing is new to me. Reggie is helping me along with the technical side of things and I'm learning quickly, but I still get a little nervous at times. I'll only keep getting better though.
I put time and effort into researching my questions to make my shows as informative as possible for all of you. I hope you all will continue to listen and spread the word that Infidel Radio is alive and well even after IG cuts me loose. We've got great shows lined up as well as lectures and debates. Your support means a lot not just financially but also emotionally. It's really great to see the community that IG has built over the years stick together during this transitionary period. All of you true supporters are showing your real colors! |
