Have you thought of putting out a flamplayer ( http://flamplayer.com ) with all the show on mp3s? The Rational Response Squad has one, and it is most excellent. You can look on the front page at http://rationalresponders.com and scroll down all the way to the bottom for an example.

They probably got the idea from me. I used to use flam but it has some drawbacks. One...flash players are very picky about what type of mp3 you can play, two.. you cannot download the mp3 playing in the flam player and three, I have a podcast.. I don't need a flam player anymore.
