I do not know YouTube's policy on this, but I think it may be safe to assume that YouTube has "hung up" the name. It may be unavailable for six months, a year, forever – I can't say.
My experience (particularly with sourcing urls, etc.) leads me to suggest two options:
1.
choose a modified name, like: "Zaneeta-B", or even better "Zaneeta The Great". (Something like that. It's best to use your imagination.)
2.
choose a name based on a brand message. For example, if some interloper reserved the name of god inc., the company (god inc.) could use bigskydaddy.com
