6 months ago I finally bought an iPod and happened to download a few Podcasts - one of them was "Skeptics", which I accidentally thought was an IT / Science Podcast ... I was wrong, but the fortunately they piqued my interest by outlining a few issues with the Bible ... until then I never thought there were any issues with the Bible ... and they attributed "The Infidel Guy" as the primary source of this information

Well, you've opened my eyes - it's been a revelation !! I eagerly await your Podcasts and I can't tell you how much you've changed the way I think about religion and life ! After years of Irish catholic schooling, of being brain-washed about the infallibility of the bible, and wonder of God - your Podcasts turned it all on it's head !

Thank you, thank you, thank you !! This religious dogma has been a shackle around my neck for so many years, but the worst of it was, in the later years I never questioned it, I just assumed it was true because everybody else was tagging along.

My wife thinks I'm crazy, but after hearing some of the discussions you and Dr Bob Price have had, I eventually bought a Bible two weeks ago, with enough of a side margin to make pencil notes. At the age of 35, I have actually started reading the bible properly for the first
time in my life ...

While I'm only at Genesis Chp 30, I have to admit I'm absolutely appalled at the contents so far ! The incest, the murder, the killings, the sacrifices, the lies, the deceit, the fantasy ... it just goes on and on ! It's so gross and upsetting that my wife doesn't want me to talk about it, as it's simply disgusting ! We never, never knew these passages & inconsistencies existed !! The "good book" this is not !
