There has been debate for years on whether or not Hiter was an atheist or a Christian. This debate is spurred on by many misinformed theists, mostly Christian, that wish to show the inevitability of atheistic thought. The truth evades us but there is no doubt that Hitler was a believer of some sort. Perhaps not a Christian as we'd think of it today. I once heard Hitler described as a Pagan-Christian. He pretty much thought that all religions were wrong, but his religious ideology was absolutely correct. A friend of mine sent me a link to a research photo collage that was put together by the good folks over at no-beliefs.com. These images may not be conclusive about what was going on in Hitler's head, but he definitely loved the Churches influence.

The first Image is Hitler holding a youth rally in front of the Largest Church in Germany.
The second, right next to it, is the German Christian Movement Badge.
The 3rd one, just above, is Hitler leaving a church (confessing maybe?).
