For a long time I was a very spiritual person who believed in a lot of pseudo science and conspiracy theories (including, I'm ashamed to say, the 9/11 one). About three years ago I ended up in a mental hospital for a little over a week. After I got out I found that one of the things that helped me stay sane was thinking clearly. I started to look at scientific evidence as my source of belief[sic]. One program I found helpful in my journey to reason was yours. Listening to your critical analysis of various spiritual beliefs has given me a skeleton towards how to question things in my life. I have become a secular humanist, freethinker, and a generally happier person because of your fabulous program you have been making.
