Islamic Nations Succeed in an effort to Restrict Religious Criticism in UNHRC:

A group of Islamic nations have succeeded in a bid to prohibit Criticism of Religion during Debate sessions of the United Nations Human Rights Council. ☪

Some Highlights:

Ruling affects all religions, not just islam. Ruling is  only applicable to debates, It will not apply to Council Expert's findings.  Lastly according to HRC President  Doru-Romulus Costea, Religious Scholars only should be Permitted to address Issues of faith.
